SANSOVINO6 continues for fall/winter 2010/2011 a bridge from the spring/summer collection by building into the wardrobe luxe separates starting with local items translated into knitwear. Classic shapes are exaggerated in proportion and form.
Tailored suiting becomes herringbone or Price of Wales and soft separates. Combined textures, mélanges, ribbing, and over sizing are hallmarks of the collection. Utilitarian detailing in contrast to the lofty shapes gives a contemporary twist to knitwear. Large draped necklines, long soft lengths, and ambiguous shapes that layer with shorter proportions are key.
